Establishing the business in 2020, Ross has curated a team of like-minded stylists who have worked with Ross or have been educated by him during their careers.

MARK
ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
with over 20 years in the industry predominantly based in Winchester, Mark has an extensive and loyal following. Well-versed in all aspects of hairdressing, Mark is always a popular choice.
A calm and light-hearted approach to his work immediately places his clients at ease.
Reassuringly busy, however Mark is always keen to meet and help new clients with their needs.
NIKKI
SALON MANAGER
Nikki and Ross have been working alongside one another for well over a decade. She is a key part of day to day salon life and has played an integral role in making the BRG salon the success story that it has become.
Nikki handles all things Salon based - from enquiries and bookings, to products and retail, whilst also ensuring the front of house is all taken care of and all visitors are met with a friendly professional greeting.
With a long history in the industry, Nikki has a complete understanding of all techniques and understands what is required for all your booking needs.
AJ
STYLE DIRECTOR
AJ has worked in the Winchester area for well over 10 years. Many of which were alongside Ross and the rest of the team.
An extremely popular stylist with a huge following. Availability is scarce, but well worth the wait.
CLEO
JUNIOR DIRECTOR
Elevated technique and effortless results. Cleo brings creativity, precision and a genuine passion for hair to every appointment. From lived-in colour to modern cuts, she's all about creating looks that feel like you - confident, wearable and refined.
MOLLY
JUNIOR DIRECTOR
Molly has worked in the hairdressing industry for almost ten years and has honed her skill set to become a valued team member. Her friendly and patient approach is always well received by an ever growing client base.
JOANNE
SENIOR STYLIST
Jo has worked with Ross in other hairdressing projects for over 20 years, she is a highly talented technician with a warm and friendly personality. Clients are always in good hands with Jo.
ANOUSHKA
STYLIST
One of our up and coming members of the team, she is currently studying at BCoT alongside her apprenticeship in house. Always keen to help and already showing huge promise. An exciting future.
LILY
APPRENTICE
A friendly and supportive member of the team, Lily continues to build her skills in both cutting and colour while helping clients feel comfortable and well looked after throughout their visit.
