COMPANY DIRECTOR
A comprehensive knowledge of all things hair with a career that has taken him down many different avenues within the industry including business, education, fashion catwalk and editorials.

Establishing the business in 2020, Ross has managed to put together a team of like-minded stylists who have worked with Ross or have been educated by him during their careers.

MARK
ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
with over 20 years in the industry predominantly based in Winchester, Mark has an extensive and loyal following. Well-versed in all aspects of hairdressing, Mark is always a popular choice.
A calm and light-hearted approach to his work immediately places his clients at ease.
Reassuringly busy, however Mark is always keen to meet and help new clients with their needs.
AJ
STYLE DIRECTOR
AJ has worked in the Winchester area for well over 10 years. Many of which were alongside Ross and the rest of the team.
An extremely popular stylist with a huge following. Availability is scarce, but well worth the wait.
LEAH
JUNIOR DIRECTOR

Leah has received the majority of her training the 'By Ross Garcia' way.
​
In the early part of her career, the Art team have all had input into what is certainly a polished, well-versed top Stylist. Specialising in all things modern, Leah is very much led by current trends and fashions.

Her clients often leave Insta-ready and often post her amazing work all over their social media pages.
CHARLOTTE
SENIOR STYLIST
Another team member that has been through the Ross Garcia education process during her early career.

A breathtakingly competent Stylist, offering incredible value considering her high level of work.

Considered by both her colleagues and clients alike, Charlotte is a blonde specialist. Sometimes it takes one to know one!
JOANNE
STYLIST
Jo is our newest member of the Team, however She is no stranger to the industry, having worked with Ross in other Hairdressing projects over the past 20 years, she has cemented her position within the team effortlessly.
A Talented technician and a friendly personality. Clients are in good hands.
NIKKI
SALON CO-ORDINATOR
Nikki has worked alongside the whole team for longer than will ever be mentioned and is a key member to your salon experience.
Nikki handles all things Salon based - from enquiries and bookings, to products and retail, whilst also ensuring the front of house is all taken care of and all visitors are met with a friendly professional greeting.

With a long history in the industry, although no longer behind the chair, Nikki has a complete understanding of all techniques and understands what is required for all your booking needs.
ANOUSHKA
APPRENTICE STYLIST
One of our up and coming members of the team, she is currently studying at BCoT alongside her apprenticeship in house. Always keen to help and already showing huge promise. An exciting future.
NATASHA
APPRENTICE STYLIST
Starting with us as a Saturday assistant whilst still at school, Natasha has decided to continue in the industry with us. She is also showing great potential and commitment and we look forward to watching her progress.
